It is simple, we cost less…. because we care more. Our commitment is to provide honest, meaningful, and AFFORDABLE service with a variety of options whether it be traditional or nontraditional requests. We aim to provide cost effective packages to families to fit every budget and do not hide any fee’s as we believe in transparency.


With the coming age of technology our services can be arranged online or over the phone. In person arrangements are generally more preferred to provide the utmost personal service. We do not charge additional fees for conducting arrangements in person.

Simple Basic Cremation Package - $1,675

This package is for a simple cremation when no public viewing or formal funeral services are requested.

    • Basic services of the funeral director and staff
    • Local transfer of the deceased to our funeral home. (additional $125 if death occurs in a nursing facility and $200 if death occurs in a private residence where additional staff may be needed
    • **within 15 miles of our funeral home. Additional mileage outside our coverage area to be determined depending on which city or town the death occurred.
    • Sheltering of deceased at our funeral home
    • ** There is a 48-hour mandatory waiting period in the State of Massachusetts, before any funeral home can proceed with cremation. ** Rhode Island has a 24 hour waiting period.

  • Additional Items included:

    • Basic alternative container for transportation and cremation.
    • One free death certificate
    • If no permanent urn is selected or provided by family we will provide a FREE basic wood urn with custom nameplate.
    • Massachusetts Medical Examiner Cremation Certificate ($200) or Rhode Island Medical Examiner Cremation Permit ($30)
    • Crematory fee at Woodlawn-North Purchase Crematory ($300) or Blue Hill Crematory ($285)
    • Transportation of the deceased to the Crematory.
    • Transportation of the cremated remains into our care after the cremation.

Cremation Followed by Memorial Service - $2,095

This package is designed for families who wish to have a simple cremation followed by a memorial service in our funeral home with or without urn present.

    • Local transfer of the deceased to our funeral home. (additional $125 if death occurs in a nursing facility and $200 if death occurs in a private residence where additional staff may be needed

This package is designed for families who wish to have cremation first and have a funeral service with urn present in our funeral home or place of worship.

Private Family Goodbye Prior to Cremation - $2,595

We believe in providing the family with a better memory picture when saying goodbye. This package is designed for families that wish to have an intimate family only viewing (with professional embalming) prior to cremation.

    • Local transfer of the deceased to our funeral home (additional $125 if death occurs in a nursing/hospice facility and $200 if death occurs in a private residence where additional staff may be needed)

    **within 15 miles of our funeral home. Additional mileage outside our coverage area to be determined depending on which city or town the death occurred.


    • Sheltering of deceased at our funeral home

    ** There is a 48-hour mandatory waiting period in the State of Massachusetts, before any funeral home can proceed with cremation. ** Rhode Island has a 24-hour waiting period.

  • Additional Items included:

    • Professional Embalming*, dressing, and other preparation for private viewing (this package is for immediate family only and not a viewing for the general public)
    • Alternative Container designed for modest gathering (This is not a casket. Other casket choices available for additional cost)
    • Use of our facility and staff for family viewing for up to one hour (additional cost may apply if time over 1 hour)
    • 50 prayer cards with or without your loved one’s photograph
    • If no permanent urn is selected or provided by family, we will provide a FREE basic wood urn with custom nameplate.

    *Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.
